Coming. Payouts and refunds arrive with payments, before stores open.

Payouts

Because readers pay into your own Stripe account, Stripe sends the money to your bank on its usual schedule. Lanternbee never holds your money. Read more about payouts.

When payments arrive, you will also see your payouts in Lanternbee, with a link to your Stripe dashboard.

Refunds

Refunding a reader from the order page is coming with payments. Your refund policy lives under Store settings, Legal pages. Every store starts with one written from a template. Read it and make it yours.

Your orders today

Orders lists every order, and each one shows its items, discount code, shipping, tax and total. Orders you bring over from Shopify are there too. See moving from Shopify.
